A Schuylkill County man has been charged with retail theft for an incident at a store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township.

State police at Frackville said Brian T. Stravinsky, 30, of Ringtown, was arrested on Monday at 6 p.m. at the Sears store. Store security personnel observed him taking items and not paying for them.
