State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said a break-in occurred at Seiler's Welding, located at 134 Gordon Nagle Trail, in North Manheim Township. Troopers said the criminals attempted to gain entry to the building by prying open an exterior pedestrian door, damaging the door. They removed 12 large metal "c" clamps from an exterior room in the building.Troopers said they then went to a Ford Econoline box truck that was parked in a lot outside the building and broke a lock on it to gain entry. Removed from the truck were six finished boiler bases that were painted gray and weigh about 150 pounds each.The incident occurred sometime between 2:30 p.m. Sunday and 1:45 p.m. on Monday.
