A Barnesville man lost his freedom when a Schuylkill County judge revoked his parole.

David J. Halaburda, 20, violated the terms of his parole, Judge John Domalakes ruled on Nov. 19. He sent Halaburda back to jail to serve the balance of his sentence. He could be in prison until Sept. 10.Rush Township police on Oct. 2, 2013, charged Halaburda with criminal trespass-breaking into a structure, using someone else's access device without permission, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and burglary.Halaburda was arrested in February for another burglary.
