Copper piping was taken in a Schuylkill County burglary.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said a home at 422 W. Grande Ave., in Porter Township, was entered and removed was multiple sections of copper piping from throughout the home. Entry occurred overnight of Nov. 13-14. The home is owned by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and apparently was unoccupied at the time.Troopers are also investigating two criminal mischief incidents that occurred Sunday.Heather Tipping, 27, of 1296 Schuylkill Mountain Road, in South Manheim Township, reported someone smashed the rear side window of her truck while parked at the above location. The incident occurred sometime between 9:45 and 11 a.m.Alfred Flaim, 47, of 29 Summer Hill Road, in Washington Township, reported someone shot a rock through the front window of his home, possibly with a slingshot. The incident occurred at 11:50 a.m.Anyone with information concerning any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
