Both sides of a dispute were cited following an incident on Friday at 7:27 p.m.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to 1608 Ranger Road in Chestnuthill Township.Troopers said it was determined that Anthony Donahue, 44, and Tonya Gerstenberg, 45, both of Effort, had harassed each other. Both were cited for harassment.
