The 30th Annual Tamaqua Heritage Festival drew thousands to downtown Sunday. One of the attractions was the horsedrawn trolley ride featuring Belgian draft horses, an event coordinated by Raynor Leiby, Lewistown Valley. The rides were inaugurated at the Schuylkill County festival decades ago and are now part of festivals throughout the region.
