Reading Area Community College is please to announce that Rayn Turner of Lansford has completed the Auctioneering Certification Program on May 15.

This 10-week program is one of only three programs recognized by the Pennsylvania State Auction Board as a means to obtain a Pennsylvania auctioneer's license.On Aug. 26, Turner's license was issued by the state, making him an official auctioneer.
