The rain date Oct. 26.Registration forms are available at the township municipal building, Kunkletown Post Office and the Kunkletown General Store.There is no registration fee but participants are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network's food bank.Treats are only guaranteed for those who have preregistered.All preregistered entries will be judged for three cash prizes in each of the six categories of Most Original, Cutest, Ugliest, Best Pair, Best Group and Best Float.
