Summit Hill police have dealt with several incidents, two of which involved Panther Valley Middle School students.

On June 6, a 14-year-old boy who damaged a classmate's item was charged with criminal mischief. In the other case, a 14-year-old girl who grabbed and yanked a classmate's backpack was charged with harassment.Adults weren't behaving very well, either.David Kasprzak, 54, of Summit Hill was charged with harassment on Sept. 25 after he called the borough office and cursed at the assistant secretary.Jesse Stilitino, 18, of also of Summit Hill, was charged with the purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages after police found him extremely intoxicated near his home at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 30.
