McAdoo Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery at the Fegley Mini Mart on Kennedy Drive.

Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, a white male entered the store, armed with a knife, and demanded the cashier empty the cash register. The cashier attempted to kick the robber, who then fled the area on foot, running north in the alley behind the store.The suspect is described as being 5 feet, 8 inch to 5 feet, 10 inches tall, thin build, around 110-120 pounds, wearing a baseball cap with a Miller Lite logo, gray tee shirt, dark blue jeans, black shoes and a black bandanna across his face.Anyone with information is asked to contact McAdoo Police at 570-929-2590.
