A property line dispute has led to the arrest of a Monroe County resident.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at 181 Pioneer Road, in Polk Township, about 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28. Troopers said Dale M. Kolstad, of Kresgeville, pushed John Arthur Picariello, at the above location during an argument over a property line.Troopers cited Kolstad for disorderly conduct.
