Mahoning Township Police were called to investigate a reported suspicious smell, and possible drug activity at lot #43 of the Nis Hollow Trailer Park on April 10.

When police arrived they made contact with Kyle Aicher of Walnutport.

Officers detected an odor of marijuana coming from Aicher's vehicle. Officers later searched the vehicle and seized marijuana, a digital scale, a grinder, and a glass pipe.

As a result of the investigation Aicher has been charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 5.
