Four people were seriously injured Sunday morning in a head-on crash on Spring Road in West Penn Township.

The crash occurred just south of Route 443.

One man was flown by Penn Star to St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem.

The other victims, a 5-year-old child, a pregnant woman and another female, were transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital Trauma Center in Allentown.

West Penn Township police are investigating.
