Tickets for four Penn's Peak shows on sale this weekend

Tickets go on sale this weekend for four upcoming concerts at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.

Tomorrow at 10 a.m., tickets will be available for shows by country great Martina McBride, who visits the venue on Nov. 13, and for Dennis DeYoung, a founder of Styx, who will be here on Feb. 13.On Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m., music lovers can buy tickets for a Nov. 2 concert by Engelbert Humperdinck and a Feb. 27 event by Creedence Clearwater Revisited.McBride, whose hits include "Like A Broken Wing," "My Baby Loves Me," "Wrong, Again" and the stirring "Independence Day," is making her second appearance at Penn's Peak. Her first concert in October 2012 was a fast sell-out.Tickets are $45 and $55.DeYoung brings the music of Styx for his concert, with ticket prices being just $34 and $39.This is Humperdinck's initial stop at the mountaintop venue. He's had many number one hits including "Release Me," "Am I That Easy to Forget," and "The Last Waltz."Tickets are $37 and $47.Creedence Clearwater Revisited includes two original members of Creedence Clearwater Revival, whose hits included "Who Will Stop the Rain" and "Bad Moon Rising."Tickets for this concert are $42 and $47.
