Lewis, causing the death of Lewis and substantial injuries to Hoffman.At the time of the crash Lewis was insured by Geico, with a policy limit of $100,000. The plaintiff, with the consent of the defendant, has resolved his claim with Geico, and the estate of Lewis, for the policy limits.At the time of the crash his employer's vehicle was insured by the defendant, including coverage for underinsured motorist claims. Personal injury claim of the plaintiff exceed the policy limit maintained by Lewis, the suit states.Hoffman is seeking further damages in a claim with the defendant. Sought are damages "in excess of arbitration limits of Carbon County."
