The violation occurred at 6:01 p.m. on July 18 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.HarassmentRobert Spadell Jr., 46, of 672 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, and Aileen Johnson, 58, of 670 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, were cited for harassment. The incident occurred at 8:54 p.m. on July 18 at the above addresses.SpeedingChristina Smith, 30, of 430 Delaware Ave. Apt. 1, Palmerton, was cited for speeding and operating vehicle without valid license. The violations occurred at 2:02 p.m. on July 17 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Tyler Frable, 20, of 277 Avenue B, Palmerton, for speeding. The violation occurred at 2:02 p.m. on June 17 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Jennifer Wertman, 34, of 783 Princeton Ave. Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 4:42 p.m. on July 22 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Melvin Thomas III, 20, of 1018 Church St. Fogelsville, for speeding. The violation occurred at 1:02 p.m. on July 19 on Route 248 west.Alicia Hay, 33, of 770 Mill Run Drive, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred at 8:57 a.m. on July 22 on Route 248 east.A citation was issued to Catrina Major, 27, of 340 N. 12th St. Easton, for speeding. The violation occurred at 5:58 p.m. on July 20 on Route 248 east.DUICriminal charges were filed against Kristin Mikulski, 38, of 2882 Whitemarsh Place, Macungie, for DUI and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 12:06 a.m. on May 27 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Traffic violationMichael Fronheiser, 21, of 962 Woodland Drive, Walnutport, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred at 1 p.m. on July 20 at Mauch Chunk Road and Delaware Avenue.Vehicle violationShawn Reinhart, 32, of 25 Berger Hill Road, Palmerton, was cited for drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred at 8:20 p.m. on July 17 at Edgemont Avenue and Linden Street.A citation was filed against Michael Miller, 35, of 215 E.
