Summit Hill Borough Council officially went on record as agreeing to contribute up to $20,000 to the proposed Mauch Chunk Watershed project in Bloomingdale Valley. The council drew up a resolution in connection for the project. Earl Henninger was appointed to represent the borough at a meeting in Harrisburg regarding the project. Also at the meeting will be Agnes T. McKeever, state conservationist.
