Beltzville State Park manager Devin Buzzard said emergency medical crews were called for a potential drowning victim at about 7 p.m. Saturday. 

The woman was in a designated swimming area at the beach, and was taken by ambulance to Blue Mountain Health System’s Gnaden Huetten campus in Lehighton.Franklin Township Firefighters and Lehighton paramedics assisted at the scene.We'll update as more information becomes available.
