Nevin Holben, 18, of Allentown, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Holben was driving on Claremont Avenue in Hometown at 12:04 a.m. on May 18 when he was stopped for a traffic violation, Rush Township police said. Blood tests were positive for the presence of marijuana.The charges were filed, police said.
