A Schuylkill County man has been charged with criminal mischief.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said David Panchari Jr., 44, of Auburn, was observed on video surveillance damaging a fence on the property of Jamie Wargo, 40, of 319 Market St., Auburn, while he was not at home.The incident occurred at 8:40 p.m. on Monday.
