Rush Township police are preparing to file charges in several incidents from this past weekend.

The first incident was at 9:50 p.m. on Mahanoy Avenue and involved David J. Brode, 20, of Tamaqua. Brode will be charged with possession of marijuana.On Saturday, at 7:01 p.m., police initiated a traffic stop on Lincoln Drive. As a result, Dylan Danko, 22, of Hazleton, and Christopher White, 28, of Weatherly, will be charged with possession of synthetic marijuana.David Williams, 39, of Tamaqua, will be charged with possession of marijuana following an incident at Tuscarora State Park at 3:21 p.m. on Sunday.
