Tamaqua Police have cited a woman who allegedly harassed a vendor during the Tamaqua Summerfest celebration on June 15.

The victim told police she was at a vendor stand for a nonprofit organization when Alice Louise Taylor, 55, of 235 Lafayette St., Tamaqua, approached and began giving her "a hard time." Taylor is reportedly a former member of the organization. At one point, she allegedly threw a water bottle at the victim.Taylor was cited for disorderly conduct.
