The engagement of Molly Kathleen Sharp of Clarks Summit to Jay Daniel Miller, also of Clarks Summit, has been announced by his parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Kathleen Sharp of Phoenixville, formerly of Delray Beach, Florida.She has a bachelor of arts in psychology from the New College of Florida and is currently working toward a master of arts in psychology at Marywood University.She works part time as a nanny while attending graduate school.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Barbara and Jay Miller of Jim Thorpe. He is a 2001 graduate of Marian Catholic High School. He graduated in 2005 from Marywood University with a bachelor of science in psychology, and in 2011 with a master's in social work.He is employed as a social worker with the Lackawanna County Office of Youth & Family Services Clinical Unit.The couple are planning a wedding for Oct. 10, 2015.
