More than one year after the closing of the East Broad Street bridge, Route 209, theoverhaul project is nearing final stages. Deck work continued Tuesday, where steel barscan be seen carefully placed in position. The bridge was closed to all traffic, pedestrian and vehicular, on June 3, 2013. The target completion date is November.
