The Jim Thorpe Lioness Club held its monthly meeting on June 9at the Inn at Jim Thorpe. New officers were installed for 2014-2015. They are, from left, Martha Moyer, vice president; Kathleen Kenderish, secretary; Madeline Ligenza, president; and Sandy Gallagher,installation officer. Missing from the photo is Debbie Trainer, treasurer. It was announced Christmas in July will be hosted by the Jim Thorpe Lioness at Kimmel's Personal Care Home at 6 p.m. July 14. The club will be celebrating its 15th anniversary in August. New members are welcome.
