Zachary Tomlin, 22, of McAdoo, faces charges following a traffic stop on Claremont Avenue, Hometown, on March 24.
Tomlin was stopped at 1:38 a.m. by Rush Township Police, who noted several signs of possible intoxication.Tomlin was transported to Schuylkill Medical Center-South, in Pottsville, for blood tests. Test results indicate there was marijuana in his system.He will be charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Additional charges of possession of a prohibited weapon will also be filed.
