Another storm has passed through the region. This one left  10,718 people without power in the PPL coverage area.

Only a handful of those customers are in the Tmes News area.

The breakdown inludes five  in Carbon, six in Schuylkill and 1, 470 in Lehigh County.

Most of the outages are to the south and west of the region.
