Nesquehoning police reported on the following citations issued by officers.

Officer Robert Blisard issued six speeding tickets at Oak and E. Catawissa streets for exceeding the 25 mile-per-hour limit. Speeds reported were 49, 47, 46, 43, and 41. He issued six speeding tickets along Stock Street, a 40-mile-per-hour zone, with speeds recorded at 63, 62, 59, and 57.Officer Timothy Wuttke issued a speeding ticket along Route 93 for 72 in a 55 zone, and also a careless driving citation along Mermon Avenue.Chief Sean Smith issued three citations for high grass at 55 E. Garibaldi Ave., 59 E. Garibaldi Ave., and 132 E. Catawissa St.
