A Carbon County woman is the victim of access device fraud.

State police at Hazleton said Georgette Andrea Koslop, 32, of Beaver Meadows, reported someone used her credit card information at the Wal-Mart in Waynesboro, Franklin County, on April 20, at 1:08 a.m., troopers said, to apparently make purchases.
