State police at Schuylkill Haven said a Schuylkill County man was cited following an incident outside a county residence.

Troopers said Wayne Seiger, 28, of Valley View, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident outside of 1036 W. Main St., in Hegins Township, that occurred about 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 6.Troopers said he was causing an ongoing disturbance at that location.
