On Dec. 16, 2013, Mahoning Township police were dispatched to the Walmart Supercenter on Route 443 for a possible intoxicated person.

At the store police found Felicia Urbanski, 26, of Lansford, who had been stopped by loss prevention personnel. Security video showed Urbanski filling a shopping cart with merchandise, then leaving the store without making payment. Once outside, she and an unidentified male were observed loading the merchandise in to a vehicle. Urbanski then went back to the store and began filling another cart while drinking from a coffee mug that was found to be filled with wine.Her accomplice fled the scene before officers were able to recover the stolen items.Urbanski was charged with retail theft and public drunkenness.A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 7.
