Pennsylvania, struggling back to normalcy after one of the most damaging snowstorms in years, was faced with a new potential crisis flood.
The weather bureau said a half-inch of warm rain or sudden thaw could trigger serious floods in sections of the northeast and central Pennsylvania which were blanketed last Thursday by one of the state's most damaging snowstorms a storm that claimed at least 33 lives and left hundreds of thousands without heat, light and electricity.
