A Carbon County truck driver was involved in a two-vehicle crash at 3:39 a.m. on Tuesday, along Interstate 78 in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Ceale M. Perry, 25, of Allentown, was driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata in the center lane and attempted to change into the right lane. His car hit the left side fuel tank of a 2012 International Harvester truck tractor, operated by William H. Koch, 53, of Lehighton.The Sonata then rolled over onto the driver's side and continued in a northwest direction across the right lane. It then rolled over onto its roof and continued to travel northwest off the road and onto the berm where it struck an embankment. It then rolled back onto its wheels and came to rest.Upon impact Koch stopped suddenly as the Sonata crossed in front of him.Perry and Koch were not injured. The Sonata was towed from the scene.Troopers cited Perry in the incident.
