An Aquashicola woman is facing charges following a hit and run accident that occurred Monday in the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Mahoning Township.

Theresa Berger has been charged by township police with leaving the scene of an accident, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving with a suspended registration.The accident was caught on security cameras at Wal-Mart.Police said on Monday, a parked Buick was struck on the driver's side by a Chevy Caprice.After impact, the driver fled the area in the Chevy.The the assistance of a witness, police were able to identify Berger as the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident.
