Gina Urbon, daughter of Terry and Diane Urbon of Hanover Township, became the bride of Brenden McArdle, son of John and DelRey McArdle of Nesquehoning on Oct. 19, 2013 at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Lehighton.
The Rev. Michael Ahrensfield officiated the double ring ceremony. Jeana DePuy, Lansford, was the organist.Steve and Mary Kruzik, Lansford, were the vocalists.Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Lindsay Golightley to be her maid of honor.Bridesmaids included Melissa Wright, Chrissy Carver and Melissa Truszkowski.Shawn McArdle served as best man for his brother.Ushers were Ryan Applegate, Matthew Miller and Larry Weaver.Following the ceremony the couple welcomed family and friends to a reception at Capriotti's in McAdoo.They honeymooned in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.The new Mrs. McArdle is a 2006 graduate of Hanover Area High School.She graduated in 2011 from Misericordia University with a master's degree in physical therapy. She is employed as a physical therapist with St. Luke's Health System.Mr. McArdle is a 2006 graduate of Marian Catholic High School.He is a 2010 graduate of Misericordia University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing. He is employed by Lehigh Valley Health Systems.Prenuptial parties for the couple included a bridal shower, held at the Nesquehoning Hose Company No. 1, and a rehearsal dinner, held at La Dolce Casa in Tamaqua.The newlyweds currently reside in Lehighton.
