The theft of fuel from a site in Schuylkill County is being probed.

State police at Frackville said the theft occurred along the Burma Road in Mahanoy Township on the property of the Locust Valley Coal Company.Unknown criminals entered onto the property and removed about 200 gallons of fuel from various equipment parked at the site. The theft occurred sometime between the overnight hours of Jan. 26-27.
