A Carbon County man was cited for public drunkenness.

Lehighton police said Brandon Lee Gatens, 22, of 384 Fairview St., in the borough, was cited following an incident that occurred about 2:50 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Sunoco service station along SR443.
