In an article Friday on the Panther Valley School Board, it was stated that board president Jeff Markovich voted in favor of the proposed new budget. Markovich cast a "no" vote. Also against it were Brian Dolena and Roy Angst.

Voting in favor of the budget were John Williams, Michelle Markovich, Anthony DeMarco, Irene Genther, Dan Heaney, and Bill Hunsicker.
