Officer Robert Blisard issued two speeding citations on Jan. 12, along SR54, for speeds of 58 and 59 miles-per-hour, in a 40 zone.Officer Timothy Wuttke issued two speeding citations on Jan. 12, also along SR54, for 58 and 57 mph, in a 40 zone.Officer Dane O'Brien issued a citation on Jan. 10 for possession of combination red and blue lights along SR209.
