Virginia Bressler, 23, of Schuylkill Haven, was arraigned on charged that she violated a Protection from Abuse Order at 7:35 p.m. Dec. 28, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.

Police said the incident happened at 365 Route 61, North Manheim Township.Police said Bressler was found at the above location in the presence of a 48-year-old male victim who has an active PFA order against her. The order prohibits the woman from being in the presence of the victim, police said.
