Ben Ronemus, left, was honored during a meeting of Lehighton Borough Council for his volunteer work in the community. He is shown with outgoing Lehighton Mayor Donald Rehrig. He compiled a pictorial history of the community, taking 174 photos. He also helped with Lehighton Bike Nite and assisted with clean-up afterwards. In addition, he was part of a team that did clean-up work along the Lehigh River between Bankway and the Central Carbon Municipal Authority's sewage treatment plant.
