A daughter, Julia Rose Frace, was born to Nicole and Theodore Frace of Walnutport at 1:21 a.m., on Dec. 18, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.

The new baby was welcomed home by her two siblings, Joslyn, 4; and Jordan, 2.Maternal grandparents are Kate Lueders of Coaldale and Joe Otto of Tamaqua.Paternal grandparents are Rodney Frace and Julie Ann Frace of Kunkletown.
