A New York woman died, and six occupants of a vehicle were injured, in a crash that happened at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 15 in Monroe County.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks identified the deceased as Bo Wang, 25, of Flushing. She was a passenger in the 2010 Toyota Sienna, police said.The driver was identified as Guiying Hou, 53, of Tannersville.Police said the accident happened on Route 715 in Jackson Township, about three-tenths of a mile south of Mountain Road.Police said Hou lost control of the vehicle and it left the roadway, colliding head-on with a tree.Police did not reveal the names of the other occupants in the vehicle.
