Jennifer Bisnauth, 19, of Albrightsville, has been cited for shoplifting by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said the charge stems from an incident at noon Dec. 13 at Kinsley's ShopRite store, 107 Kinsley Drive, Chestnuthill Township.It is alleged the teen stole $22.97 worth of merchandise.
