More weapons found at site

State police at Schuylkill Haven said more weapons of mass destruction were found at a Schuylkill County residence.

On Tuesday, Nov. 26, troopers reported that they found explosive devices/IED's (improvised explosive device) at the home of Tony Ronbo Weiss, 26, of 1651 Summer Hill Rd., in South Manheim Township. Troopers responded to the home to assist Schuylkill County sheriff deputies with an eviction. A state police bomb unit was called to the scene and the explosive devices were removed and transported to the state Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations for a controlled disposal.Troopers said a subsequent search of the property conducted on Wednesday yielded two additional IED's on site. They were also removed by the bomb unit and taken for a controlled disposal.Weiss was arrested on charges of possessing weapons of mass destruction and prohibited offensive weapons. He was arraigned on Tuesday before on-call District Judge James Reiley, of Pottsville, and committed to the county prison after failing to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
