A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred about 1:35 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, along SR924 in Gilberton.

State police at Frackville said Sylvia Weber, 40, of Ringtown, was stopped at the above location for a traffic violation. She was found to be under the influence and submitted to a breath test at the barracks. The test showed she was over the legal limit of .08BAC.Charges will be filed, troopers said.
