State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 5-6:30 a.m. Nov. 10 at Behm's Family Restaurant, 37 Branch St., Tremont.

Police said someone used an unknown object to break and shatter a window on the east side of the building
