Dressing up for Halloween isn't just for the kids, it's also for the young at heart. Members of the Chestnut Ridge Seniors, Franklin Smith (the Lone Ranger on Silver) and his wife, Donna, (a graduate who is a "Smart Cookie") attended the Young At Heart's Halloween party that welcomed members of senior clubs all throughout Monroe County.
