Paullet M. Pacenza, 30, of Tamaqua, is facing charges of theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy to commit theft after an incident on Aug. 25.

Rush Township police said Pacenza allegedly removed merchandise valued at $116.56 from the Hometown Commons Walmart, then attempted to return the stolen goods for cash at the customer service desk.
