David Scott Brode, 50, of Pottsville, is facing charges of harassment after an incident that happened at 1:09 a.m. Oct. 13 in Gilberton.

State police at the Frackville barracks said he threatened to physically hurt Carolyn Monteiro, 51, of Mahanoy City, during an incident at 128 Draper St. in the borough.
